Booking Information
If you’ve made it this far, I sincerely thank you for taking the time to review my entire website. While the best things in life aren’t always easy, I certainly can be for the right suitor who provides all the booking information required in their initial communication. Screening is a non-negotiable aspect of connecting with me, and I offer multiple options for you to select from to best suit your needs.
Photo #1:
A clear photo of your valid, unobstructed Government Issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc).
Photo #2:
A selfie of you holding the ID from Photo #1 next to your face in a well lit room. All information must be clearly legible, blurry photos will not be accepted.
I choose to accept verified and active LinkedIn profiles as a form of screening per my discretion. In order for your account to qualify for screening, you must have an active profile with multiple (50+) legitimate connections. Preference will go to those who have screened via ID through LinkedIn’s service.
Employment verification is available for those who hold and outwardly visible position with their employer. Please include the link to your publicly visible company profile/biography along with your company email for discreet verification. Listed email must match company domain or the listed contact information.
On occasion I will accept provider references at my discretion. Please ensure to connect with your listed reference prior to submitting your booking request so they are aware I will be in touch. I only accept references from independent providers (no agencies) that you’ve met within the last 6 months. I reserve the right to request additional screening methods in order to complete your booking request.
I live a life full of passions and personal friendships. My limited availability is often spoken for weeks (or months) in advance. However, I will always do my very best to accommodate a respectful request for the right suitor. To ensure that we are destined to connect on your preferred date, please check my SCHEDULE for my most recent availabilities (both in Chicago and on tour).
My preference is for your initial communication to be made via my BOOKING FORM, which I’ve made to streamline your booking process. You are welcome to email me the same information directly to the address below the form, but I do not respond to inquiries that don’t include screening information. The quicker we can cover the business necessities, the sooner we can plan the memories we are bound to make.
